We will provide you with full details of how the development will meet the minimum standards for thermal elements and services in the Building Regulations; have a Dwelling Emission Rate (DER) that is lower than the Target Emission Rate (TER); have a Dwelling Fabric Energy Efficiency (DFEE) that is lower (better) than the Target Fabric Energy Efficiency (TFEE).
